Soledad Tanner / Founder & CEO
Soledad Tanner, MIB is the Founder & CEO of STC Consulting a Financial & Business Consulting firm that helps improve the profit & productivity of businesses. Our solutions are: For Corporations, CFO On-demand, Controller On-demand, and Financial Speaker. For business owners & start-ups: Financial Management, Financial Coaching & Training and Business Consulting.
She is an Outstanding International Consultant award-winner and Global Financial Business Consultant & speaker with 30+ years of extensive international experience in finance & controlling, strategy & consulting, performance & metrics in the global logistics and banking industry.
She received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from the Universidad Catolica de Santiago de Guayaquil (Ecuador) in 1995, a Master’s in international business (MIB) in 2002 at the University of St. Thomas (UST), and a Certificate of Organizational Leadership from Rice University in 2007.

She has a joint venture with Latinarrific, a mission driven, award winning, movement to help aspirational Latinas build legacy businesses that impact families and communities. She also serves as their CFO. Soledad Tanner and Latinarrific have joint ventured and have produced a bi-lingual business financial Masterclass called “So You Want To Be An Entrepreneur”,designed for The Moneywise Woman with 7 Steps to Financial Freedom. The Masterclass was officially launched in January 2023.
She has been a mentor for the “Insight” mentoring program at the University of St Thomas (UST) and the “Latinas Achieve” mentoring program at the University of Houston - Downtown (UHD).
She was a former Board member Board member Director at Large for the non-profit - “Texas Executive Women” (TEW).
